I led the redesign of JetBlue’s homepage, booking flow, and loyalty program based on internal priorities and a new business initiative to support booking flights from with partner airlines.
In addition to hands on product design work, I managed designers, led competitive audits, created prototypes for usability testing, and contributed to the JetBlue design system.
Homepage content strategy
Following discovery, I crafted a strategy based on defined customer mindsets.
Wireframes
With the strategy, I created wireframes to give product partners a better sense of the content hierarchy. I also started exploring alternate booker component layouts based on competitive and out-of-category analysis.



Refine, test, iterate
I moved on to designing high-fidelity wires, pulling from real content examples. I created prototypes for usability tests. Then iterated. A lot.
