Led the redesign for key pages of the shop flow on Verizon.com. I did hands-on design work and managed a team of 3 designers. We explored design options, created prototypes for usabilty testing, and iterated based on findings.
The redesign coincided with a new design system implementation. My team worked on applying the new design system as well as contributing net-new components.
